    Engine mount rubber thickness?

I’m making my own mounts for a blacktop to fit an escort crossmember, I’ve searched and read loads of posts but can’t seem to find what thickness the rubber engine mounts have to be to clear the rack and for the engine to sit straight?

Are they both 50mm or is one side 50mm and the other 35mm?

    thanks

surely if you are making your own mounts you make them to suit whatever rubbers mounts you have? dont forget because they sit at an angle the different thicknesses dont change the height of the engine by that much

Yes although I’m making my own, I just figured that there was an optimal thickens to use? I’ve ordered a pair of 50mm now
