    Escort RS2000 lower dash switches

    Hi
    can someone tell me what the 4 seiches are for in the lower dash panel
    i know one is hazard lights but others are missing and I want to get them in and working
    many thanks

    Hazards, testswitch for brake fluid, rear fog light, heated rear screen.
    If you google "mk2 escort switch panel" or similar think you will find photos.

    Mine left to right are:
    Fog, Hazard, Spare (Circle symbol), Rear Window Heater.

    Later models had a switch to test the brake fluid light (where there is the spare).

    I think that's what my spare switch might be, as it's a 79 RS Custom.
    This has a small circle on the switch, but is inactive. Car now has bias brake reservoirs fitted, so I'm guessing that's why its not wired up now.
