Whats rhw best way to remove Mk1 Escort panels?

Im restoring a mk1 68 Escort 2 door and will be removing front panel, front guards, rear panel and maybe the rear left quarter.

Ive done a lot of reading about removing panels but wanted to ask those who have done it what their most succesful method was and I figure there may be Escort specific tricks

theres nothing escort specific, just normal stuff, like spot weld drill bits and grinders!
