    Water rail

When i bought my engine it came out of a kit car and had a fwd water pump and associated pipes. I have managed to get all the rwd bits to make it work in my starlet but can anyone tel me how the copper tube from the top hose housing is supposed to be sealed into the top of the water pump?

Cheers keg, it seems quite a baggy fit i wasnt sure if sealant would be up to holding the pressure. how would it have been sealed out of the factory?

Mine is Quite a tight fit inside the hole no pun intended. I'm sure mine has a small lip on the bottom similar to the end of the water rail that goes across the engine

that's odd, their meant to have an O-ring at either end. I do have aluminium replacements if you need one
