    Pinto engine

Hello all, just taken the head off my 2.0 pinto and found all pistons numbered 3 and are 0.10mm under the top of the block at tdc,is this normal?its also got a fr33 cam. Can the head be skimmed 0.5mm safely?

the block has been faced in the past, high comp pistons are around 0.5mm down on an unmachined block face.
you can take 2.5mm off a pinto head so 0.5mm is defiantly no problem

So going to be quite high compression ratio, should work well with the fr33?
