    Double fuel pump installation

    Hi all.
I am planning on installing 2 fuel pumps to my escort. Primery and backup. Electrically, no issues. But plumbing. Can they run in line. By that I mean can pump 1 outlet run direct through pump 2 inlet. Will that work. Or will they be plumbed in sepreatly via t-piece etc.
    I hope that makes sense.
    Thanks all

you can run pumps in series but only if you are trying to increase capacity, like compound charging, but thats no good for what you want, as alladin said run them parallel
