I used the anodized ally bolt on ones and have 13" banded steels on (did have to machine a little off the halfshafts though for discs to fit over), but have had no problems with the set up!
I used weld on brackets which also utilised 2 bolts as well. 13 inch wheels will fit with sierra calipers i also use them on my anglia with steels and alloys. fiesta mk3 front discs are what you need and the handbrake cable off a fwd rs2000. Available on ebay i also made a bar to connect the handbrake to the cable.
When you use the weld on brackets Do you still have to machine down half shafts
or you can leave halfshafts in position, and with a grinder let the halfshaft SPIN UP and apply grinder to outside edge, to remove metal so as to fit disc over it , bit primitive i know but saves having to remove um and getting them machined up , as your only taking a small amount off the edge of halfshaft flange.

I think he’s changing the axle from an English so will be off the car
Just for info when I changed from English to atlas with quaife semi floating hubs they fitted just fine. I suspect aftermarket flanges etc will be ok. Only standard shafts need machining.
