    spot light diagram

    can anyone give me a easy to follow diagram for wiring 4 no cibies to my mk2 escort please? do i need 2 no relays? thanks steve

    And yes, two or more (original headlights as well) relays are advisable.

    fog light relay
    85 earth
    86 side light feed grey/red or grey/black from the head light
    87 to the fog lamps
    30 power suppy from battery

    spot lights
    85 earth
    86 power supply from full beam white wire from head light
    87 to spot lamps
    30 power supply from battery
    sideways is the best way to turn a corner

    when you use the switchs to cotrol the relays wire it in on the 86 terminal

    spot light diagram

    Relays with fuses in are a great thing and save extra wiring if you are just fitting a couple of relays

    yes i use them a lot from Durite
    the relay part number is 0-726-12
    and the relay holder is 0-729-01
    but you will need to buy a pair of crimpers Un-insulated there about £30 or you can find cheaper one like EBay the part number on my ones are 0-703-50 or i have the 0-703-51 for the superseal terminals so you can put the lamp on plugs
