Are Zetec and Duratec Water Rails similar?

Hi guys are the Zetec and Duratec Water Rails similar.?
I bought a Neil Dunne Water Rail for a Zetec but the Bosch Water Temp Sensor is under the rail on the bend at the firewall. This obstructs how far it can go back (105e Anglia). I've done a lot of duratec engines over the years and I know they sit on the drivers side.

I don’t think they are interchangeable if That is the question.

Duratec can run either side from what I have seen sdb do a passenger side one. But generally they are drivers side or right hand side from the seat.
