Mk2 chassis legs

I'm replacing the middle chassis leg sections on my mk2 and just have a quick question as I've never done it before. The car is currently on a rollover jig, will it be ok to change the legs while it's on the jig if I do them one at a time and will I need to add any strengtheners to the sills etc to stop the car from bending while I change them?

As I said I've never done chassis legs before so sorry if this is a basic question

That should save you looking
I’d suggest if you can carefully remove your original rails and they aren’t too corroded, repair and replace them, the pattern parts need some work to get them to fit.
