Best electronic ignition options for xflow

Hi all, going to be converting my mk2 escort to electronic ignition in the next couple of weeks. The engine is fairly standard atm but the intention is to fit some bike carbs in the near future. I was thinking probably going Nodiz. I’ve Noticed that Aldon and 123ignition seem to be well regarded as well. Any thoughts or recommendations?

    TIA

Add Luminition to the list - fitted my first to an RS in 1982!

Do you want a programmable ignition or just electronic?

If you want one of the best makes then it has got to be Lumenition. There are other's that are cheaper such as Accuspark but you do get what you pay for.

another vote for lumenition, in nearly 40 years and knowing countless cars fitted with it ive only known one fail and that was because it was wired up with the wrong polarity

Interesting responses thanks folks. I expected the consensus to revolve more around mega jolt or Nodiz as they are not an awful lot more expensive than the decent electronic distributor options. Any reason nobody is recommending these?

Not Chinese, I did miss it though, apologies. I suppose I wrongly lumped them both into the same category.
Ultimately I want something that is reliable and relatively straightforward. I may do more to the engine in future like a better cam so maybe a programmable ignition gives me more flexibility? I don’t want to tinkering with it loads though.
I do have vacuum take offs on each cylinder on the manifold for the bike carbs I’ll be fitting so could run a MAP sensor. I also have plenty of Ford wasted spark coils and a spare trigger wheel as well…

The 123igntion is pricey but it's very good, a friend has one on his 1970's BMW 2002 it's been faultless
