Mine are different to that. I have a RS2000 Custom with vinyl roof, but I don't have those triangles on the end. Don't recall mine being bolted on either.
I can't say if mine are original, as they've been on the car since I bought it 9 years ago. However, they don't look out of place.

This looks like the sort of thing 3D printing was made for.

Yep. I have seen lots of 3D printing that isnt really the solution to the problem but in this case they are just a decorative piece. 3D would be better than original.
And at £200+ in used condition the first person to do it will clean-up.
