They tend to be quite good on e-mail now, they were with me.

I got a second hand 3j-nxg that had been overhauled. I tried to stay away from quaife as there customer service seems to leave a lot to be desired (so i have heard) I have e-mailed 3j a few times and always got replies quickly etc.

3j I recommend NXG Ultimate set up 50/90 - 30-35 at £860 plus vat they want to know the details they want to know the diff gearing Which I don’t know I will have to strip it down tire size which I do now 13 195 60 They want to know how much revs I want in each gear and what I want to use the vehicle for I said just fast road a lot of money

LSD and fast road, you always got advice like 30/90 or xx/90, which is an open diff on unload, this is not really funny. I've used one, easy but not so much fun as something like 30/60.
I used 2 different LSD from Titan, and one from 3J, no issues with those 2 companies.

    Re: Rear axle set up

xx/90 will act same as genuine open diff, when no throttle action, that's the same. you can't slide/drift anymore when no power applied.
xx/60 still lock when no throttle action, so you can keep the car on a little or more angle on long curves.

That's the main thing I noticed, before with the 90, impossible to keep the car over-steering on long curve when you are some moments off throttle, you can't keep or I can keep full power for a long one ! you go from lock to unlock and lock again if you on-off-on power.
with the xx/60, when I lift the gas pedal, you still can keep an over-steering position, so when you apply power again, the LSD is still locked.

On the other hand, on hairpin, the 30/90 was easier, don't know why. I mean more angle than the xx/60, it seems this one is more performance oriented ?

I'm not using the car in competition, just demonstration events, so no time involved and just fun. I have more fun now, but I think it depends of your driving style, and skills ?
I read some years ago, on a forum, a German guy that payed with LSD's on his BMW, the reading was really interresting
