Thread on MK1 GT oilpressure gauge

Just figured out... The threads where oil pressure line connects to the gauge on the MK1 GT gauge is different from MK2/3- models (Capri, that is).

The thread is finer..... I suspect the MK2/3 is similar to AN4 (but not 100% on this). My original Ford MK2/3 pressure line won't engage correctly.

I am curious to what solution; MAYBE a ptfe AN3- line with correct hose ends.

After some measuring & testing; I'm confident the
threads on oil pressure gauge on a 6- pad (GT) Capri instrument panel is:
On Mk2/3 (mayb MK1 Facelift too): AN3
Oon MK1 (1970-72): 3/8 UNF
