ongoing projects

hi,
new on here, i am a welder / fabricator and have messed with cars all my life . i have two projects, one the mk2 cortina which i use as much as possible and continue to up grade and the other a vw type 3 fastback with the engine in the front which is under construction . look forward to posting more on both cars .

I spy a Rover V8 with a mystery turbo plenum. Please show more. It looks pretty special.

you are correct,
cortina runs a 3.5 rover which is bone stock apart from ARP head studs to which i have added a single t4 / t3 hybrid turbo and the best bit its blow through using a much modified 650 double pumper holley carb , set up runs pretty good , its limited to 3.6 pounds of boost other wise it will just kill it self .run it all last year with very little trouble.
