Seat Runners

Possibly shot myself in the door this time,
I have installed a pair of fixed back HiBack seats in the car, great, I love them, what is an issue is there is now no access to the rear seat, I need access, Tilting the seat wont work as the seat is very close to the roof already, and will only lift about 3" before hitting the headlining, My options are narrowing as its the wife is complaining, as I see it, change the seats, undesirable, change the wife, from experience, could be desirable, but expensive and painful, or change the runners............
SO......Im looking for a set of seat runners that will slide forward to gain access to the rear seat, then return back to the original position
