Tran-x Gear box - Problem with 2nd gear

I bought Rocket Straight Cut Syncro Gearkit and noticed when changing gears from 3nd to 2nd gear it's hard and make some noise to enter all other gears shift very well.

At first I blame the syncro rings and bought new ones almost no difference but getting worst by the mile...

Now I bought not a kit but a gearbox type 9 Straight Cut from tran-x the gear box arrived sealed and the exact same problem when changing gears from 3nd to 2nd...

I email tran-x and no response at all

Anyone has some ideas about this problem?

Might be the gear leaver, wouldn't worry to much about the noise

It's not only the noise is how hard you have to pull to shift from 3nd to 2nd it's like you have no clutch...and you have a "clank" sound when the 2nd engaged.

The gear leaver are diferent one is for the type 9 and the other is for the type E (Rocket) Gearbox...
