Very nice, pop a Raceline spec Caterham R400 cam into that with a set of valve springs and it should go nicely to around 210

Impressive power from a bone stock engine! Nice torque curve too!

Hi,
I also have the Omex 600 but don't installed it till now.
The Engine is standard with Cosworth Roller Barrel (fitted in a Lotus Elise S1)
Maybe you can help me with mapping the ECU. Should be almost the same as yours.
I got a startup calibration from Omex but I am not sure because the fuel mapping.
Do you use the standard injectors?
I am from Germany - maybe my English is not good enough to understand what the programm want me to do
thanks in advance
Regards
Fabs
I would contact Omex, they will have a base map. The most important thing is not the state of tune, but your fuel pressure and injector size, the ratio between these two will need to match that of your base map for it to run at all well

do yo work with omex ?
I got the base map - calibrated coolant and air temperature sensor, throttle position sensor
So far so good
But now I don't know how to do the basic fuel and ignition setup.
And what about battery voltage compensation - do I need this and how does it work?
never looked at an Omex, Emerald is my weapon of choice

Was the ECU delivered from Omex to suit the install? - most manufacturers have a list of applicable maps to install if they know what is to be used, certainly enough to start and run until it can be dyno'd. Battery compensation is required - it works by increasing the injector pulse width with declining voltage to ensure the correct fueling is maintained
@ anguz
can you send me your calibration - maybe I works
Otherwise I have some values to compare
would be nice
