    God that's cool, does it weigh much ? Does it run continuously or only after the reservoir begins to discharge at a specific amount ?

    Well chuffed with it bit on the weighty side but it's solid as it's rated as 100% duty cycle, 200psi max I'm going to get a 1ltr bottle for it and a pressure switch which will be about around 120psi to be confirmed, the weight isn't much of an issue as I would rather have long term reliability than some cheap thing that won't last no time at all, believe me it is built like a brick sh1thouse one guy on the DTA forum is running one of these already so it's his fault lol

    Well we have been busy on the old girl lots shopping done latest bit done we set up the tractive gearbox lever but it was a lot of work, but done just need to get the stainless rods machined on the final fit up and get the block for the tower drilled to take out some metal



    And a nice small lightweifgt compressor for the boot NOT !!!

    Naa I can't be bothered it may a bit big but it will never be overloaded or wear out and I haven't got the box anymore

    So we have sort of finished the lever for the Tractive just need to machine the proper rod for the lever when it's finished video clip of the lever in action

    Yes yes I know but we are all having the issues with Photobucket holding everyone to ransom over picture linking I need to work out the picture uploader on here and ill get back on topic but lots if progress since the last update though ��

    i have just chucked a bottle from my blow lamp (mapgas) would almost suit this purpose

    Ideally you want to fit that as close to the front as possible and have a very short run from the bottle, via a regulator into your solenoid valves. I saw earlier that you are planning on controlling the pressure via a pressure switch, you will find your shifting will operate at different pressures doing that, keep the bottle at a higher pressure, and control the pressure to the actuator with a regulator. You also want to keep the air lines large enough all the way through, something like 8mm up the the solenoids, which should be very close to the actuator. Really lovely project, looking forward to seeing more updates

    It's sat right above the cylinder on the tunnel we are fitting a regulator before the valve block

    I need to find an image resizer as I gave a load of pics to go up but need to use the Turbosport uploaded ad I'm not prepared to be roped by Photobucket to upload pics
