3.75 diff

I'm having a baby atlas built and have been advised that a 3.75 is the diff of choice for use on my car. Hoping to use it as a track car and occasional strip. I know it's a compromise, but what do you fellas think?

What spec is the rest of the car? engine, gearbox ect ect.

If I am right and you have a pinto, then a 3.75 is an excellent choice
