    Re: mk2 transit

It is a 4 berth but to be honest it would be a squeeze it is a usable van if m.o.t,d the pop top is a fiberglass one and in great condition all the inside is up together bod work is a little tatty but I've seen alot worse on the road if you leave me an email I'll send you some pics of it .anything else you want to know just ask .

    Re: mk2 transit

Just outside long well green buddy . I've been trying to post the pics but I'm having problems uploading them . Gunna take some more of the inside the engine bay and underside . Its structurally rust free bodywork needs a little tlc . Engine bay is good think I'm gunna regret selling it but got to many motors and not enough time .was going to eBay it but I'd rather sell to a real ford lover not somebody who's gunna chop it about .

I know its a bargain Steve . I just wanted a quick sale . But I haven't had time due to work to get down to the unit to take anymore pics . I should be able to get to it on Friday . Then I'm going to give it a go on eBay . I like to keep it but i got to many toys and another project . And work means I just don't have time for it .. p.s I'm in love with the cortina in your pic .

Due to a change of heart I am now keeping the van as I realise I will never get another one in this condition . And nobody has made me a serious offer . So she's being stripped next week ready for paint any ideas on what colour ?????? Trig if you wanna come take a look your still more than welcome . All ways nice to meet and chat to a fellow ford lover .

Shame as ive been waiting for interior pics since you 1st posted it up, i know i could view but cost of fuel and a 3 hour round trip has put me off a little without seeing some pics 1st.

It does look solid and glad you decided to keep, i like these in a pale blue myself but i think there's already one in your area that colour

Re: Mk2 Transit Camper - Now with pics (NO LONGER FOR SALE)

If I do change my mind I will let you know . But i I don't think I will . Van is at the body shop as we speek . I have a little more time on my hands now . I will post pictures stage by stage if anybody's interested in seeing how it,s coming on . I think I'm gunna keep it white and tidy up the inside . Its so original I don't want to ruin it . Some banded steels maybe .???? Hopefully be ready for the summer classics show in august . Dose anybody know if mk 2 transits are easy to lower without doing to much damage ?
