    Volvo axle! 240 & 740

    Hi all, I've got 2 Volvo axles that are now surplus to requirements

    One is the 240 & the other is a 740

    I'm unsure which one is which so can anyone identify?

    One axle is 59" long & the other is 54.5" long

    Both in great condition. One is fully stripped and the other is still as it came off the car.

    How much are they worth? More than an atlas? I've read that they are stronger

    54.5 is the 240 as i have fitted one to mine, wish i had fitted the wider one as i have to purchase some deep dish wheels for my project. Paid £100 for mine, probably the going rate, you may be able to get one cheaper if you look around.
