anglia 105e wheel arches

Hi everyone.

I have joined yesterday, and being one of the older school types, am new to this modern tech where I can ask for info on line.

I recently purchased an unfinished Anglia 105E project.

I am now looking to sort the bodywork (which I must say is in fairly good nick) and am looking to fit extension wheel arches.

I have already been told I can use VW Golf arches but don't know which model.

I have seen the postings on youtube of the Anglia's leaving box hill, and especially like the Cosworth Maroon with White roof.

Can any one help as to where I can get these from please?

hi martin,welcome to turbosport,if you are putting arches on your 105e to allow wider rims/tyres you might aswell go the whole hog and fit mk1 escort steel/fiberglass bubble arches if you look on here there are quite a few already done it for you to look at,i was at box hill recently and there was a white 105e fitted with steel trailor arches shaped to fit and i must say im not a big fan of trailor arches but the white one i saw there looked really nice fitted with a zetec aswell,i can highly recommend neil at 105 speed for your parts,kevin

I think the maroon Cosworth Anglia you're talking about may be Ian's from here. His car has mk1 escort Front bubble arches all round, as fitted by Retromotorsport in Essex

Sorry to hijack this old thread I'm a fellow golf arched 105 wondering does anyone know what under tray/skid play is fitted to that white one and or where I can get one

Hi I don't suppose you have any more pictures of this car ? Trying to too work on arches without going down the whole hog on MK1 escort
