    alright Stevie hows it going mate, the exhaust thats getting used as a mockup is an unused 2 1/2" Ashley system the new one Im putting on looks similar but has a side entrance into the silencer and suits/fits the exhaust tunnel better its a 2 1/2" Jetex stainless steel Jetex system from Burton Power all in for about 300 quid...

    Great thread buddy, will be a fantastic shell. Im devastated that its gonna be wasted with a cossie turbo,that said, good job were all different. Keep up the good work.

    cheers pal , a got a price for making and fitting , just over 400 notes, lad up near me, how is your exhaust brackets going to fit? weld or bolt on ?

    nice rebuild mate glad another one is getting saved
    you are going to need a 3 inch exhaust reall if you want anywhere near 300 bhp ideally

    It should be ok for 300-350bhp mate which is what i'm looking for. Ive heard a 2.5" system is good for torque and upto 360-370 BHP max & a 3" system or over for really big HP.. but I wont know till I get it on a rolling road... months down the road yet..

    brackets fitted to run the fuel lines through... nice n neat...
    also wings are going to be partially bolted on for ease...

    I totally agree with you but that's what came with the car when I bought it and I'm too far down the line to change now, but the build is incorporating the fact that the engine maybe changed at some stage to NA spec engine

    Thanks Hexcourt... I just need some heat deflection tape to keep the heat away from the floor pan
