What state of tune is your 16v? If its fast road car say 150-160hp then silvertop itb's would be fine. If your looking at a big horsepower 4age or you want to future proof to allow for more mods at a later date then go blacktop.

If it was me, I would go blacktop every time but I'm just biased to blacktop 4age's

Silvertop are best in my opinion, you can still retain some torque with them, the blacktop ones are too big.

As above, 200hp is fine with silvertop throttles, so unless you plan on putting high compression pistons and race cams in then silver is what you want.
