It looks like a WRC Focus painted Racing Blue, as its got the roof vent.

I should imagine it is a Tamiya WRC one slightly modified.
not 100% sure though.

Could be, but it does look very "fat" compared to the Tamiya 1/10 scale model - was wondering if it was a Ford thing perhaps???
