Struggling to find somewhere in Aberdeenshire, Wallace performance was handy but alas they are long gone. Brother is looking as he thinks there is somewhere just South of Aberdeen, was also thinking Ricky Gauld in Huntley so will see

Re: Mk2 RS200 Story so far
Wallace - yes that's who i was thinking of. Nice guys, i got a couple of subarus dynoed there but never had any tuning work done by them.
I didnt realise Ricky Gauld had a rolling road, that's good to know (and only 15 minutes away from me).
There's a place near Ellon too but i don't know anyone who's used them: http://www.mbgsms.co.uk/

Re: Mk2 RS200 Story so far
According to his website Ricky has one, wee brother thought he just did carbs as his car is up every year so he didn’t realise he had a rolling road either so will have to give him a call. Thanks for the heads up as will give MB a call as well

Re: Mk2 RS200 Story so far
He certainly knows his way round carbs!! Did a v8 Land Rover for me years ago and just set up an old hilux for a mate. A dying art I think.
I just got an emerald k6 for my mk2 this week, got it pre-programmed with a map from Dave Walker to start with but I’m sure it’ll need tweaked. I prefer to live map on the road rather than on a dyno (I know that’s an unpopular opinion) but a dyno run is always interesting to see the shape of the curve.
Cheers

MB in Tipperary have a rolling road so just need to sort out a date for I get it set up now so should be fine, like you now going for the K6 as she is currently running a K3 so we will see
Thanks for letting me know they existed as never even knew we had anywhere left North of Aberdeen

Nice work Donnie, that came together well. I managed to see the pics before they disappeared.
Delivered mine to paint last week. I'll be doing an update over the next couple of evening

Thanks big fella, taken a long time but starting to smile more every day. Busy recovering the seats at the moment and that should be the interior done as well as the exterior so it’s the snagging list next but will always have one of those as it’s an old ford :-)
