Cossie Bumper!

Does anyone know how to remove a front bumper from a Cossie, i know it has two clips which the bumper slots into either side but how the hell do you get the thing off!

there are two bolts on the chassis leg either side !

And that's it, it will come off? Not much holds one on then!

On the Escort there are four big screws that holds the bumper attacment ponits to the chassis. Those are reachable from underneath when the sump guard is removed.

There are also 1 clip on each side right in front of the wheels. Those must be turned to be removed. And then there is a new clip which the bumper just slots into without actually beeing secured to.

I'm inoccent, an inoccent man oh yes I am! I have heard of them being nicked, i'm not suprised if the're that easy to get off. I think they were worth allot of money before all the Cossy breakers started appearing.

Lucky for me it's just the bracket that has cracked and i need to replace it, but you have to get the bumper off to do it. Now i know how just got to find the time!
