    poxy pile of pooooooooooooooooo

    if my fuel pump is stalling how do i find what is causing it it runs fine when connected straight to battery. So where do i start to look?. And these so called mobile peeps can kiss my arse i've had one out so far to tell my he aint got a clue and nick me money.

    And i only got £600 quid in me buget to get it through the dreaded M.O.T . Is it all worth the all the stress.

    Sounds like an Earth prob. ( I'm no sparky like) try running a seperate wire from the neg on the battery direct to the pump earth. Cheers. Rick.

    If Escort RST, especially S1, then a common fault is the fuel pump relay, under drivers side dash
