What's people using to block up cam sensor hole and old dip stick hole ?

What's people using to block up cam sensor hole and old dip stick hole ?

Ive seen a cover somewhere cant remember where at the mo, I know it was dear so being a tight git I just left the sensor in place

Use the cam sensor to block up the hole. I use the dipstick dole as a breather hole for the block and make a plate to block off the original breather hole

For my Silvertop engine I bought a special plug with O-ring from 105speed.
Cheap option is to keep the original plug and just cutting of the electrical contact
