what head gaset and main bearing to use for super tec pistons

what head gaset and main bearing do you use for super tec pistons in a 2.0 duratec for around 250bhp

Stock head gasket and mains are fine for 250bhp. Crank Main bearings have little problems in even big HP engines

Depends on brand, but if they are the right size, at least for the mains they should be fine, as they are pretty unstressed
