I now have one fitted to my car and it is top!
Having spent 3 long hours stuck in slow moving traffic yesterday (thus lots of gearchanges) I can say that this is Very highly recomended.
In my opinion, even if you are not sure you should still buy it - you will love it, and even if for some bizarre reason you don't, you can pull it out and stick in on your desk as a show piece.
