for sale large concrete sectional garage,
approx 7m by 5m (will get accurate measurements and pictures the next time i'm round there, hope i'm not far out )
it took me ages to find one this size as there doesn't seem to be many around and is an excellent work space,
been told the roof is cement board, up and over metal door, wooden side door and 3 large windows overall in good condition,
it will need to be dismantled by the buyer,
it took me and 3 friends a couple of hours to take down when i bought it and i had to hire a 7 1/2 tonner to collect it so you will need to do the same!
looking for around what i paid for it £700 ono also comes with 3 striplights and a few plugs etc

Hi Mark, If you can hold on till tomorrow afternoon when I get up (on nights) I will measure the space I have.

Would it be possible to assemble it slightly smaller, as it's sectional?

Hi Andy, thinking about it, it might be slightly smaller than my guesstimate, i know you can put the door/windows either side but not sure if you could leave panels out to make it any smaller,
