    Castrol RS 10/60

note: not the 0/40 stuff you get in Halfords

Seems to be the best out there.

    Re: Cosworth oil

"Mobil 1 Motorsport" 15w/50 is the one to use in a Cossie i don't use anything else, and is available from Halfords etc, but isn't sold in petrol stations.

DONT use the 0w/40 which is sold in petrol stations, basically it's the consistancy of water, and this is the one that people use and then say Mobile 1 is crap

I hear alot of people recommend the Castrol RS 10w/60, but i've never used it so i can't recommend it

    Re: Cosworth oil

As long as the oil is a synthetic higher grade than 10w (not a 0w) I don't think it matters. The most important thing is to change it regularly - I do mine every 3k
