Thinking of getting a scoobie
Whats the main things that you need to look out for on a scoobie. And what are they like for doing high mileages? The model im thinking of going for is the wrx estate And who does cheep insurance for them.

They drink petrol, each clutches and chew tyres.

cheers m8 . that will be a big help . im quite handy with cars do most of the work myself on the cos. just put into the garage when i cant be arsed or no time. It looks i might keep the cossie for the time being and get a scoobie as a run around as you have to keep the cossie good!

You need 4x4 trollie for tesco! I recon it will be good in the snow on the way up to scotland

I have one now wrx estate with 25k on the clock black with 18" alloys and hks stuff, looks the dogs . My mate is making me a carbon fiber bonnet and few other goodies.

HI MINE HAS DONE 64.000 ,ILES NO PROBLEM ALSO HAS 65BHP OF NOS ON IT no problems and that is syill on the same clutch

My Poor old Scoob only did 1/4 mile S/Start (in the wet) 14.1 sec and 98mph more to do with driver than the car.
Subaru's aint made for straight lines, fuel economy or Clutch reliabilty.
Engines can and do last 200K+ miles not bad for a high powered 2.0 Ltr Engine.

standard scoob wrx wagon 1/4 mile wettish 13.85 sec 102.5mph not to bad prefer the 2wd saff it was faster when i got traction running 13Sec- 14 secs
