    S2000 engine water/fuel plumbing

Ive bought a s2000 engine on jenvey tbs to fit in my mk2 escort, currently running a pinto on carbs , it has a standard 12 gallon tank in the rear , what pump / filter / regulator setup do i need?

Also regarding the water system , is a standard gp4 alloy rad ok to use ? Thats whats fitted or do i need to buy new one with expansion tank, or just simply add a expansion tank on the side .

If anyones got some details/ pictures that would be very helpful .

    Cheers , leigh

    Hi Leigh.

In mine I have a 12 gallon injection tank then a low pressure filter - pump - high pressure filter onto fuel rail then fuel pressure regulator in the return to the tank.

The rad is custom for the s2000 from ralloy, the differences being the water outlets. A seperate expansion tank is also used.

Does the engine have a dry sump fitted?

That's the sump I have fitted. Swirl pot would work yes but the trouble is that space is premium in the boot with oil tank, fuel tank, pumps/filters, battery etc but it depends how you want to do it. I will get some pictures
