    spark plug selection

am about to get new plugs for my sapphire 4x4 and was wondering if anyone had any opinions.

hear thay champion c 59c are pretty good. anyone agree.

im running completely standard at the moment so should these be good or should i get something else.
what gap should i go for also?

    thanks guys

NGK 9's are meant to be the daddies, pricey but well worth it imo.

NGK BCR8ES are about £3 each and work fine.

    Re: spark plug selection

thanks for all the replies guys,
i'm now more confused than when i started though lol.
is the situation for what you should get less clear cut when running as standard?

i have read some posts on here slating the PP8s and blaming them for all sorts. do they just give probs when running on modded cars?

also am i looking for the coldest plug i can get or what. im not too sure whats best on these.
i had C57Cs on my old 4x4 many moons ago and they seemed ok but needed gapped all the time (every couple of weeks) if i didnt it would lurch like hell.

ive just got back into the land of cosworth and am trying to get up to speed again.

PP8s will be more than fine for a standard car mate.
