    Brake upgrade from Slim
    Suspension kit + poly bushes
    Exhaust
    Intercooler

Then look at raising the boost.

I would definately recommend sorting the brakes before you do anything, and i don't mean an upgrade to EBC Greenstuff, the cheapest possible brakes solution for anyone serious about tuning their turbo should atleast upgrade to Cossie front disks, using standard calipers, with caliper mounting brackets, DS2000 pads, last thing you wanna do is stack your turbo, when it gets a lil bit quicker, i have been there, and after spending 800 quid on front end rebuild incl respray and parts, i could of saved myself all that hassle had i have invested 150 or so on the brakes.

Also i am thinking about lowering the car what mm springs should i use (not to low as there are millions of speed bumps around my area)

Keep the lines clean and smooth mate. Delock it, paint door handles, lose the rub strips on the doors and 1/4's. Get the standard wheels refurbed...diamond cut and polished faces with black other bits. And id say respray in rosso red again
