    Sticky stuff........

MAN I hate to rust protect my car :-( :-(
It's a shitty job and it don't make the car run any quicker at all............ well there is no rust in the car, that's a really good thing
I'm not half done and I've already used 4 liters......so I have to get 8 more liters tomorrow!! (4 liter in each plastic can).!!!!

I have used a couple of days to make a better system than the ones you can buy for DIY use!
The airgun type I have for spraying fluids is made for 8 bars of pressure.
ALOT of air passes over the fluid and it's picked up in the vacum..............that is not good for rust protection spraying, because it vaperrise (hmm spelling ) the oile guuu, and makes it easy for me to breath in the stuff!!
So I made a low pressure system where I put now more than 0.5 bar air pressure in the spray can forcing the oil out and over in an other airgun used only as on/off before leading it in the nylon tube. I made a new jet myself because the original item were for say 8 bars and this is for 0.5 bar pressure.
It looks very UGLY,- but it works

The MOST ugly part of this operation comes here:

Yep I found a timer on the camera.....BUY It's the lens making me look ugly

I'm half done doing the inside of the chassic with the probe thingy, see if you can spot the one place where sticky stuff is dripping out ?:

    LOL!!

You're right, sod of a job but at least you have a proper lift to do it with! I had the car on axle stands when I did mine - I looked like a monster out of a B movie when I'd finished.

Well well, I have done IT !
Never again I think, I will in the future pay a specialized company to do the sod job!!!!!
I those to do it myself because I think I can do it more thoroughly because the is taken apart!
The bumpers is off the car , so I can pray in to the chassic in the front and back of the car!
All the interior is removed execpt the dash board and the sealing cloth (what is that called ???).
I used 19 liters of this sticky stuff and 3 different kinds of spray pistols!!!
