Best offsets for mk2 cortina 15" minilights

Can anyone help, I'm looking at putting 6 & 8 x 15" mini lights on my dad's mk2,
What are the best offset to go for and tyre size's to?

Not a common size used on MK2 Cortina

+12 should work. Fairly common size over here.

Ask on one of the oz sites as we typically run larger diameter rims as we don't have access to 13" rubber.

You mean like this on my old cortina, 8x15s with 225-50-15 888Rs on the back, you might squeeze bigger, but its tight, Offset on the rear is no good to you as the axle is custom narrowed Toyota, the fronts are 6x15 with 195-55s on zero offset.

Rear
ML1580 8x15 Offset et12. 225 50 15 toyo's

You will have to trim the arches,





My 2 door,

Front
ML1570 7x15 Offset et0. with 195 45 15 cr500's

Rear
ML1590 9x15 Offset et0. with 245 40 15 cr500's

This has a custom length atlas axle and front end with sierra legs so not going to fit on a standard car,

Thanks for that Jamie, the rear arches are rolled and it's on capri front legs.
Do you mean I'll have to trim the front arches as well?

My dads estate is on Capri billies with coil over conversion, it was slammed and it use to catch if you had it on full lock and went over a bump not something that happens all the time, so we raised it up half inch no trimming needed it was the back arches that need taking right back but that's if you want to go that wide.

I did put one of my black front wheels 7x15 on the back of a mates mk2 4 door it had 3'' lowering blocks and was ok with lightly trimmed arches had the car 5 up before, only picture I can find is of it in the back round. He had 7x13 minilites from midland alloy wheels with a stupid off set to get a deep dish both wheels where ok a didn't rub the 13''s sat out and the 15''s where abit more tucked in but that was down to off set.
