i think it is, a T03. the rs500 used a T4 though.

Should be the same. The T3 used on the 4x4 is slightly different to the T3 used previously (i'm 99% sure)

Yeah i would think so because cosworth build 20000 204hp engines , Cosworth wanted to do that many before signing the contract to build them. (That's why there came a cosworth saff, they had over 14000 engines they did not need because they only had to build 5000 3 doors to get it group A approved.) and 500 more to do the (therefor named rs 500).
(I'm no expert but I think that is why)

Would be strange if they did a different turbo on the 2wd saff compaerd to the 3 door !
