What seat runners have people used for buckets in mk1 escort?

I have a set of sparco bucket seats to go in my mk1 escort and am now getting to the stage where i can start mocking them up inside of the car,

i want them to be able to slide forward and back as opposed to fixed, im interested to see what runners others have successfully used

On my mk2 escort I have used the original runners on cobra seats

Cheers guys, i'd like the drivers seat to be quickly adjustable (i.e on runners) but i do like the idea of those in the link above for the passenger seat
