    Castle Combe track day

The date is Saturday 24th April & the gates normally open from about 9 ish I think. You can book show & track in advance or pay on the day - obviously the price differs slightly!!!!
Think there has been a price increase aswell

    Tell me about it

Last year it was £20 a time and this year its £30 a pop

Still at least someones running it after CCC's collapse, even if the prices have inflated a bit

Hopefully if things improve i will be treating my 2.8i Capri's throttle pedal to some heavy flooritis

    Anyone else on track ???

Just found the letter I had from them [it was in the boot ].

    It says in the booklet:-
'total number of cars permitted in any one session has been slashed by 25% giving each driver more track space & also more marshalls for added safety' - got to admit in the past year or two it has been very busy on the track.
'to reduce queuing times, passes will be timed giving drivers a choice of when to get on circuit' - can't be a bad thing either.

We'll have to see if it improves at all?????

    Passes will be timed eh
So if your not at the front of the usual 2 mile cue at the right time you miss out then
I stopped using the Cossie coz of the amount (of loneys )on track at a time but enjoyed the bigger numbers when using my Capri 2.8i as i wasnt so worried about pranging it.
I also like to have a car in front to overtake than yards and yards of empty track like on their own organised private track days which ive done before.
