    Suspension geometry settings

Im looking for a good set up for road/track day use. Particularly interested in front settings camber, castor etc as the last time I had them done I wasn't running eccentric top mounts.

Your help will be rewarded with a virtual beer.

camber; set this with a tyre temp gun, aim for even tyre temp across the tyre. Cold on the outside, too much neg camber. Hot in the middle, right camber, wrong pressure. cold on the inside, too little neg camber.
Castor is a feel thing, if it feels right to you, then thats set, some drivers like a darty car (small castor)some like them to self center real hard (big castor)
Your best bet is to get a book on suspensions as its a little more complicated than the above, as a start point though, 1-1.5 degs neg camber and 3 degs castor

Lap times are much more reliable than tyre temps.

I guess tyre temps would be a good start if you cant get near a track for timing, and then you can just adjust to suit from there, no?
