    Quaife GRP 1 Shafts

I just fitted some quaife GRP 1 shafts to an atlas and the bearing sits out both sides about 3mm is this right ?

Just that the bearing retainer will bend if I do it up.

    Hey Clint

I had Gartac build me a baby atlas axle using quaife grp1 shafts, and they fitted small spacer plates to make up the gap - usually you'd have the thickness of the drum backplate to take this up, but with rear calipers, like mine is, this obviously isn't needed.
