    any help with my project here http://www.16vzetec.com is appreciated.
    was hopeing to run motorbike throttle boddies on standard management with just a unichip added but it might not be possible. bugger!!

    Have a look at my website, unichiping the standard ECU wont help because you will lose some of the sensor it will need. A megasquirt ECU would be cheaper and work!! There will be some details on using the megasquirt on the ZETEC going on in the next update. Buy Practical Performance Cars for some good gen on the megasquirt.

    There is plenty of general ZETEC info on my site that is worth a read, it has taken me years to research it all. If you look at this page you will see details on some one who has swapped a 1.6 CVH for a 2ltr ZETEC in an Mk 2 Orion:
