Front Suspension
Hi,
I want to narrow the front track on my car. Is it better to run adjustable TCA's & std rollbar or adjustable TCA's and compression struts?
Any help would be great

Re: Front Suspension
I prefer ARB location for Tca's as I find them quicker to dial in, but either would work.
one warning though, whatever you move one by you have to move the other 2 by the same ammount
Hope that helps, Gary

Re: Front Suspension
I have Anglia rear axle & Mk2 Escort front suspension and want the front width the same as the rear, I think the Escort is 4" will this be Ok for the Anti Roll Bar to move this much ? 2" each side?

Re: Front Suspension
Anglia Track
Front 46"
Rear 46"
Escort
Front 50.3"
Rear 51.1"

Re: Front Suspension
Why ? one of the main reasons the Escort handles much better than an Anglia is its wider. Use a wheel with a wider offset rim or space the rear wheels out to match the fronts.

Re: Front Suspension
HI Clint,
It's because I want to squeeze 8" x 15" rims with 205/50/15 tyres under my arches without having to run bubble arches

Re: Front Suspension
if you move the front in it will hit the inner wing, they do slightly with normal track !

Re: Front Suspension
Looks like I will have to run standard width front end and get a escort rear axle then as widening the Anglia one 2" each side is a bit too much don't you think?, What arches apart form bubbles suit the Anglebox?

Re: Front Suspension
Arch it, arch it, get it wider, width = grip and power is nothing without control

Re: Front Suspension
I guess I will have to arch it to get the wheels to fit properly and go Escort rear as well
