Re: Car on rollers today...
£250 was the roller session, including new jets and general fookin about. Paid £300 for the 50's on a match ported manifold with linkage and filters... Which i thought was a bargain!
£550 for 35bhp... Is that good or bad!?
I was surprised to get that power... Made my day , which was otherwise being ruined by a Vectra with an air leak !

Re: Car on rollers today...
Thats much better than before mate, where did you go? Sanspeed? I had my old 2.1 rolling roaded there and had to have new jets put in,cost £85 that was about 5 years ago though. That was on a full race burton head with BF63 cam (head was £900 to get done unleaded grp2 valves etc)and HT bottom end which i brought reconditioned for £400(2.1) hepolite pistons, wired ringed, lightened and balanced twin 48 webers 190 @ flywheel and 170 @ wheels. TGAFRONK off of here has got it now,was good power for a 2.1 its about the max on normal pistons really before going forged.
