any rob newman fans? (mary whitehouse experience)

he's doing a gig on 24th april and 8th may at red rose comedy club, london, tickets £8 each from here

    http://www.redrosecomedy.co.uk/booktickets.html

rare opportunity to see a comedy genius, i've seen him twice live in the last couple of years in small gigs like this and he is totally class. he rambles on about politics a bit but its still well funny, loads of decent impressions etc and classic newman satire

well apart from the 2 TV series of TMWE and then the Newman and Baddiel Tv series and national tour, they never did anything ever again lol

you could download all the old radio series from here for free www.tmwe.co.uk and you could buy the video's or dvd's of their series there aswell. but its been taken offline. good job i downloaded them all and bought the vids off him before he got done!

the BBC have said they will never release them.

I saw Newman and Baddiel live at the Grays Civic Hall when they did their last tour.

"See that broken old dinner plate laying in the alleyway there"

"I am aware of said article of tableware"

"That's your Satellite Dish that is"

wish i had seen them live when they were in their hay-day, that would have been class!

anyway am looking forward to this rob newman gig.

skinner and baddeill are doing a new series of unplanned which tvrecordings.com were supposed to be dishing out the tickets but they seem to have gone quiet about it

I loved the History Today sketches " See that old bag lady over there?""Yes I have observed said person" Thats your Mum that is"
Milky Milky used to make me though.
