Can you let me know how you get on sorting the hose from the Intercooler to Swedish Plen ?
I've a Proalloy Intercooler to Swedish that's got me scratching my head as I think I'll need to alter the pipework from the Intercooler etc.....but have real limited space.
I also need to squeeze the Dump Valve into this gap as well !!!!!!!!!

thanks again for all the coments again guys it means a lot,the water pipes are all sorted now gary so i will be running those,i ran them on the old roller beaing unit i had on it before tbh.the trouser section is the bit the turbo sits on stu,but i need mined modded to except the external waste gate as it does'nt have a waste gate on the turbo itself m8hope that explains it,i will take some photos of it when i get it all back which im told will be thursday.............we shall see tho.tim it is still possible that i may be going as the car is in at owed's on the 1st of may and i will tax it then i would think m8.so i still may go to the ball but the out side will not be painted if i do m8

cheers again for the coments fella they always help me a long,its a rebuilt t5 m8 but im now running a hydraulic clutch system in it where as before it was only on a cable and they keep snapping with a paddle clutch in there.well things are moving along well at the minute and fingers crossed the inside will be finished ready for me to pick up by monday at the latest so that will give me about 10days to finish a few bits off ready for the ecu etc to be fitted.i got some bits back from martin reyland yesterday,they took abit longer than i would of hoped but martin has been 1st class in dealing with myself and the trouser section he made for me.i thank you sir.ive been working on the car most evenings and all day saturdays so i hope it all pays off.i took a few pics of the external gate mount on the 2wd manifold section,these are really for nick as he asked for pictures as he is making one for his mk2.the off the self unit from reylands fitted on without fault and without the need to further mod the inner wing or anything else for that matter(how that makes a change).so if you wanna put an external gate gt30/35 on a mk1/2 escort then his product fits straight off.
the spacer plate is 24mm thick nick and i think the exit pipe sits at 7 degrees from the top of the exhaust section if that helps m8.

thats ok m8,it is not cheap i didnt think but i needed it done sooner rather than later m8,it was 225,i will clean the inside up a bit to get rid of any loose shit that is hanging in there.im using the tal gate yes.i will have it fitted up on monday at the latest i would think so i will be more pictures for ya then.i had a 12mm spacer made for the turbo to fit the manifold in the 1st place so i still have that spare as well.oh he does the 4 bolt to 3 bolt(normal cossie type)back housing converstion flange.i had one of those off him as well a few months back and that has saved a load more cutting etc

well coming along now,got the turbo back on,cut and welded the oil return from the turbo to the block for the smaller one,made up the pipe for the oil feed pipe with inline turbo oil filter.Got the waste gate all finally fitted up and fit with no worries and no more mods which was nice(for a change).changed the oil pressure gauge feed so that is all done now as well,the 5 holes in the bulkhead are for the vacum pipe feeds as the take off on the inlet plenium is right at the rear and goes inside the car so i thought i would screw then through those holes to be different,got part of the exhaust on today as well but will be exhaust wrapping the whole system later this week as will be the screamer pipe that will be run straight out the side of the car and not in to the downpipe until i get pissed of with the noise(should sound nice on full boost and with the als).the boot area is more or less done as well with the cage in the boot finished and the fuel tank in with the tank stand now welded in.i decided not to use the tank straps that came with it and use normal ratchet straps for this.stuart made these nice little strap pick up points to attach them too.anyway a few picks for those interested and again thanks for the coments as said it really heps keep you going.
nick if you need any other pics or info on the wastegate just tell me m8stu the trouse section is the part that the external wastegate is fitted to m8 as the 2wd manifold is in 2 sections where as the 4wd manifold is a 1 piece item

cheers fellas again for the coments,nick i got the tal gate from owen developments m8.it is quite close to the inner but tbh if i have trouble with it i still have a spare 15mm spacer i made that still allows everything clearance so i can revert back to that if needed.gonna try make the screamer section pipe work tomorrow i think,get the axle and ohlins back on,rest of the exhaust then i can start on the electrics i think
